Welcome to Aashiana Plantation Retreat – Home Stay. This is an Agri-Tourism project. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Guest Capacity
- Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests across 2 rooms.
- ID Proof: Valid government ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Timings: Check-in at 2:00 PM | Check-out at 12:00 PM.
2. House Rules & Conduct
- Strictly no parties, loud music, or pets on the premises.
- Kindly leave outdoor footwear outside; indoor slippers are provided.
⚠️ Important:
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited indoors. Violation will incur a sanitization fee of Rs 1,000.
3. Kitchen & Dining
- Outhouse modular kitchen and wood-fire kitchen usage requires caretaker assistance.
- Dinner orders must be placed by 3:00 PM.
- Next day's lunch orders must be placed by 9:00 AM.
4. Access & Safety
Last 1 km of access to the property from the highway is untarred. Please drive cautiously. Guests are responsible for their safety near the fishing pond and within the 2-acre plantation.
